Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel’s compassion shone through at the Urban Innovation and Infrastructure Summit in Vadodara as he was welcomed by Divyang children of Urmi School. Among them was Gauri Shardul, a Class 10 visually-impaired student, who was given the mic by the CM to share her thoughts.
