October 12, 2026 (ANI): BJP leader Meenakshi Lekhi accused the opposition of attempting to derail India’s progress towards Viksit Bharat 2047 and alleged that Opposition MPs’ meeting with the CJI in a pending case could amount to pressure on the judiciary. BJP MP Kangana Ranaut accused Rahul Gandhi of provoking people into illegal activities through inflammatory language, while Union MoS Tokhan Sahu accused Congress of spreading anarchy by questioning EVMs, voter lists and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) ahead of the opposition MPs’ protest in Delhi, called by Rahul Gandhi.
