Ahmedabad, Gujarat, May (ANI): Gujarat is emerging as a UPSC powerhouse, thanks to the Sardar Patel Institute of Public Administration (SPIPA) in Ahmedabad. Offering free coaching to economically weaker aspirants, SPIPA helped 26 candidates clear the 2024 exam, taking its total success count to 311.
