Asia’s contribution in global COVID tally sees sharp surge: Union Health Secretary

New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan on January 20 informed that Asia is showing a sharp surge in global COVID contribution from 7.9 per cent to approximately 18.4 per cent in 4 weeks. “Asia is showing a sharp surge in global contribution from 7.9 percent to approximately 18.4 percent in 4 weeks. A sharp surge is also seen in COVID-19 cases in India,” he added.
