Fog disrupts flights in Nepal's only International Airport
Jan 18, 2020
Kathmandu (Nepal), Jan 18 (ANI): Dense fog that engulfed Nepal's capital Kathmandu disrupted the flight schedule of Tribhuwan International Airport. The visibility at the International Airport in Kathmandu was recorded as low as 50 meters which made take-off and landing of international as well as domestic flights impossible. Nearly a dozen flights were delayed on Saturday morning with two aircrafts kept on hold in Nepali airspace due to the dense fog that covered most of the airport after Friday's rainfall.
