CREDAI Chairman Vaswani credits Outside Investors, Corporates behind Ahmedabad Realty demand surge

Ahmedabad (Gujarat), NOV 05, 2026 (ANI) Ahmedabad's real estate market is witnessing a strong growth trajectory, with property demand increasing by 13.5%, according to CREDAI Ahmedabad Chairman Rajesh Vaswani. He attributed the rising demand to major infrastructure and development projects, including the Commonwealth Games, bullet train project and GIFT City. Vaswani said the city is attracting substantial interest from outside investors, corporate houses and government entities, while the festive season has further strengthened property demand.
