Baramulla (J&K), Feb 23 (ANI): First-of-its-kind snow festival was organised on February 22 in the Rafiabad area of the Baramulla in Jammu and Kashmir. It was organised by the Baramulla District Administration. The festival aimed to explore the winter wonderland of the Mund Daji area of Rafiabad.
