Mercury rising: Soaring heat breaks all records in Shimla, highest minimum temperature recorded

Shimla (HP), Feb 19: The state capital of Himachal Pradesh recorded the highest-ever minimum temperature on February 19. Shimla recorded 14.4 °C temperature breaking the old record of 14.2 °C. The IMD forecasted a western disturbance and the temperatures are expected to drop after two days. Not only in Shimla, but the temperature is also rising in other parts of the state.
