Less amount of exercise makes it even difficult: Study

New Delhi, Mar 06 (ANI): A recent research has suggested that doing less exercise could deactivate a vital protein in the body, causing further inactivity and making exercise even more difficult. The paper on this, titled, 'Endothelial Piezo1 sustains muscle capillary density and contributes to physical activity', was published in 'Journal of Clinical Investigation'. The study was funded by the British Heart Foundation.
