Srinagar, Feb 06 (ANI): Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Srinagar, is now working under the Ministry of Defence and Union Territory Administration of Jammu and Kashmir. They are working to promote measures for the welfare and resettlement of Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and families of deceased personnel of the Armed Forces.
