Three arrested for broad day light robbery by Delhi Police

New Delhi, October 29 (ANI): A broad day light robbery has been solved as a team of Special Staff of Dwarka District of Delhi Police has arrested three desperate robbers. One businessman has been robbed on gun point at his office by two unidentified criminals. It was ascertained that the complainant was sitting in his office when two masked youth on a motorcycle reached there and robbed his cash worth Rs. 2.40 lakh. The culprits even fired in the air to deter the victim from chasing them. CCTV footages of several cameras installed in the areas were analyzed and several informers were briefed and deployed for working out the case. Several budding criminals were verified directly and indirectly, through informers, on the basis of details of motorcycle seen in the CCTV footage. The idea worked and three youth were identified. During the investigation, information was received that the culprits can be trapped in front of Sai Baba Mandir, Najafgarh. A trap was laid and all three were apprehended. One pistol, one country made pistol, one imitation pistol, five live rounds, along with robbed cash worth Rs. 2,22,000 and a bike were seized from them.
