Telangana: Vice President Naidu visits NIEPID, distributes aid to specially-abled children

Secunderabad (Telangana), April 18 (ANI): Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu on April 17, visited National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (NIEPID) in Secunderabad, Telangana and distributed aids and appliances to specially-abled children. Vice President Naidu also visited the newly established Cross-Disability Early Intervention Centre and Special Education Centre which offers comprehensive rehabilitation, clinical and educational services to children with intellectual disabilities and other associated conditions. The Vice President appreciated various activities and services which are provided for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
