Agartala (Tripura), April 15 (ANI): Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections 2024, Home Minister Amit Shah attended a public gathering in Tripura. Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha also attended the public gathering along with HM Amit Shah. While addressing the gathering Amit Shah said, “PM Modi has worked to increase the respect of tribals. Congress and Communists continued to rule for years but not even a single tribal son or daughter was made the President of the country. For the first time after 75 years of independence, PM Narendra Modi has done the work of honouring the tribals by making Droupadi Murmu, the President of the country.”While addressing the gathering Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha said, “When we submitted our Nomination then only we understood what will be the result, we don’t have to wait for June 04. When we filed our nomination on March 27 for the West Tripura constituency, thousands of people were present with us on that day. This election is extremely important keeping Modi’s guarantee in the fore front. This election is important to make India a developed nation by 2047. To strengthen PM Modi’s support, we believe we will win this election. Our challenge is to see how much more votes we will get in the election.”
