Kathua youth turns agripreneur in mushroom cultivation

Kathua (J&K), Nov 11 (ANI): In order to encourage youth to get into agriculture business, Balbir Singh of Jammu & Kashmir’s Kathua is cultivating mushroom in large scale. Under the guidance of agriculture department, he started mushroom cultivation. Mushroom cultivation plays important role in government’s plan to double farmers’ income. Except peak winter, mushrooms can be widely cultivated with suitable environment.
