Israel-Hamas war | IDF tanks enter northern Gaza, strike numerous terrorist cells

New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): As Israel-Hamas war entered Day 20, the Israeli troops on October 26 entered northern Gaza, according to IDF. Israel Defense Forces said in preparation for the next stages of combat, they launched operation in Northern Gaza. Israeli forces struck numerous Hamas’ terrorist cells, infrastructure and anti-tank missile launch posts. However, Israeli forces have exited the Gaza Strip and returned to their territory after quick-fire. Israel has carried out intense bombardment in Gaza following the Hamas attack on Israel on October 7 that killed some 1,400 people. In its continued strike against Hamas, IDF has killed several top commanders and has destroyed various infrastructure. Israel has been preparing for the ground offensive and has mobilized troops and tanks at Gaza border. ‘To wipe out Hamas off the face of Earth,’ Israel has said that it is ready for ‘air, sea, land’ assault on Gaza. Amid conflict, Israeli PM Netanyahu said that they are preparing for a ground invasion but denied providing any details about the operation. Soon after his address, the Israeli government held a war cabinet on October 25 in Tel Aviv. Israel has carried out days of intense bombardment of the densely populated Gaza Strip post Oct 7. The brutal war has claimed the lives of more than 7,000 people; 1,405 from Israel and 5,791 from Gaza, as per sources.
