Eid-ul-Adha 2024: Bhopal seller sells goat for Rs 7 lakh, calls it “most aggressive in the country”

Bhopal (MP), June 16 (ANI): Syed Shahab Ali, a goat seller from Bhopal, is selling goats priced between Rs 50,000 and Rs 7.5 lakhs ahead of Eid-ul-Adha, which will be celebrated on June 17. Syed Shahab Ali mentioned that he has sold goats in cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, and various locations in Gujarat. He recalled selling a goat named 'Shaan-E-Bhopal' for Rs 4 lakhs and another named 'Raftaar', weighing 155 kg, for Rs 7 lakhs. The festival is an occasion of joy and peace, where people celebrate with their families, let go of past grudges and make meaningful connections with one another. It is celebrated as a commemoration of Prophet Abraham's willingness to sacrifice everything for God. “I have sold goats in Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur and in Gujarat. The price of goats ranges from Rs 50,000 to Rs 7.5 lakhs. I sold Shaan-E-Bhopal at Rs 4 lakhs. I sold my goat 'Raftaar' weighing 155 kg for Rs 7 lakhs. It is one of the most aggressive goats in the country”, said Syed Shahab Ali.
