Delhi: ANI: Jun 2, 2026: BJP leader Annamalai on Jun 1 left for Delhi from Chennai amid growing speculation on social media over his political future. Reports circulating on social media suggested that Annamalai may be planning to launch a new political platform. Notably, the vehicle in which he arrived at the airport did not display a BJP flag, drawing attention amid the ongoing rumours. "Please wait. We will sit down and talk in two days" Annamalai told reporters when asked about various rumors on social media. Annamalai’s remarks come amid intense discussion on social media over his next political move. Also, posters featuring slogans like "Come and rule the world" have been put up in Coimbatore ahead of Annamalai’s birthday.
