Acid attack survivor tops school with 95.02% in Class 10 CBSE board

Chandigarh, May 14 (ANI): Beating all odds, a 15-year-old acid attack survivor topped her school by scoring 95.02 per cent marks in the CBSE Class 10th exams. Kafi was attacked with acid by her neighbours when she was just 3 years old. In the attack, Kafi lost her eyes and her entire face was burnt, however, the criminal act failed to dent her indomitable spirit. Undeterred by the tragedy, Kafi continued her studies in Braille script. Belonging to a humble family, Kafi’s father works as a peon in the Secretariat. Kafi.
