Trung Quân Idol bowed his head and apologized to the female doctor he assaulted

Hanoi [Vietnam], April 23: On April 22nd, singer Trung Quân Idol officially spoke out about the allegations of assaulting a female doctor while drunk. He stated that he had gone to the cosmetic clinic where the doctor works to apologize.
Singer Trung Quân Idol recently posted an apology letter along with a video clip on his personal fan page, stating that he was at the cosmetic clinic where doctors Phạm Minh Trường and Nguyễn Linh Thùy work. In the post, the singer apologized for "bothering everyone" over the past few days with unpleasant information related to him. He explained that he removed the previous apology post because he wanted to wait for an opportunity to meet and apologize in person to Dr. Nguyễn Linh Thùy, whom he allegedly assaulted.
"First, I would like to thank Dr. Thuy for taking the time to meet and allow me to apologize in person for the unintentional incident. I sincerely regret my actions and acknowledge my mistake. I humbly apologize to Dr. Thuy, Mr. Pham Minh Truong, and his family. I also earnestly wish to meet Mr. Truong in person to apologize for the inconvenience he and his family have experienced over the past few days. I am truly grateful for Dr. Thuy's understanding and forgiveness," the singer shared.
At the end of the post, Trung Quân Idol continued, "I sincerely apologize to the audience for occupying everyone's online space with negative things."
The controversy surrounding Trung Quân Idol
Previously, singer Trung Quân Idol caused a stir on social media when he was accused of assaulting a female doctor. Specifically, the Facebook account of doctor Phạm Minh Trường posted an article accusing the singer of physically assaulting Dr. Nguyễn Linh Thùy after consuming alcohol. Along with the accusation, the account shared several images allegedly of Dr. Nguyễn Linh Thùy, showing scratches and bruises around her eyes and arms. The poster stated that the incident occurred in the early morning of the same day (April 21st) at a location in Ho Chi Minh City, and that Trung Quân Idol acted erratically and assaulted the victim, causing injuries to her face and arms, and leaving her mentally distressed.
Doctor Pham Minh Truong stated that he is gathering evidence, extracting camera footage, compiling a legal record, and reporting the matter to the authorities for clarification. He also posted an image allegedly showing an apology message from Trung Quan Idol , but affirmed that he does not accept the apology and wishes to handle the case according to the law.
On the evening of April 21st, Trung Quân Idol locked his personal Facebook page and switched his TikTok account to private mode. Netizens discovered that the singer had posted an apology but quickly removed it afterward. It has now been reported that the singer of " Dấu mưa" (Rainy Mark) has reopened his personal page.
