Real estate trading exceeds QR 98 million in two days

Doha [Qatar], March 27: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from March 15-16, 2026 reached QR89,549,085.
Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period reached QR 9,185,000.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, and residential units. Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Wakrah, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, and Al Daayen, and in the areas of The Pearl, Al Wukair, and Lusail 69.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice has exceeded QR1 billion during the period from February 5-19.
The continued activity in Qatar's real estate sector reflects sustained investor confidence and steady demand across residential and land segments. Analysts note that the diversification of traded properties, ranging from vacant land to residential buildings, highlights the depth and flexibility of the market in meeting varying investment and housing needs.
Furthermore, the concentration of transactions across multiple municipalities and emerging urban zones such as Lusail and The Pearl underscores ongoing urban expansion and infrastructure development.
