Ngoc Son undergoes drug test, declares he will quit his profession if he tests positive.

Hanoi [Vietnam], May 23: To clarify the false rumors about himself, singer Ngoc Son proactively underwent a drug test. The male singer also declared that he was ready to quit his profession if the result was positive.
On the afternoon of May 22nd, singer Ngoc Son held a livestream on his fanpage " Ngoc Son's Big Family, " attracting significant public attention. The renowned singer stated that he wanted to speak out directly to prevent his audience from being further misled by negative information circulating on social media.
According to the test results publicly released by Ngoc Son, the famous singer tested negative for stimulants including morphine , codeine , heroin , marijuana, and amphetamine . The tests were conducted at Gia Dinh People's Hospital on the afternoon of May 22nd.
Speaking to Thanh Nien newspaper , singer Ngoc Son said that he had to wait nearly an hour for the urine test to check for stimulants. "This test took an hour to complete. It's really different from normal tests which are fine after 3 days; with this one, if there's anything in it, you'll be infected immediately after several months," he said.
Besides announcing the test results, singer Ngoc Son also frankly shared his life principles that he has followed for many years. The male artist revealed that he has been randomly tested for alcohol levels many times while driving home after events, and the results have always been "absolutely perfect."
To maintain this healthy lifestyle, Ngoc Son says he always sets strict boundaries for himself in every social gathering or meeting with business partners. He readily refuses any offers of alcohol or stimulants with a firm but polite attitude: "Ngoc Son can clasp his hands and politely decline to drink, to try anything, and to drink nothing at all, not even a little bit as a greeting."
Ngoc Son is ready to fine himself 10 billion VND and retire if he tests positive for stimulants.
Notably, Ngoc Son also strongly declared that if he tested positive for stimulants or violated alcohol concentration limits, he would readily give up his artistic career. "Ngoc Son affirms to his extended family that from now until forever, if this humble body has even a single blood alcohol concentration, I will pay a fine of 10 billion VND. And if I test positive for stimulants, I will quit my profession for life," he asserted.
