Kiev/ Moscow (Ukraine/ Russia), November 13: The following are the latest developments in the Ukraine crisis:
Oleksiy Danilov, the secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), has ruled out freezing the conflict with Russia after Ukrainian forces took control of the southern city of Kherson, the press service of the NSDC reported Saturday.
"The Armed Forces of Ukraine will liberate our territory regardless of the season and the weather," Danilov said.

Türkiye is trying to open a peace dialogue between Russia and Ukraine although the West, particularly the United States, provokes Moscow, Turkish President RecepTayyip Erdogan said on Saturday.
"The West, especially the U.S., is attacking Russia almost without limits. Against all this, of course, Russia is putting up resistance," the semi-official Anadolu Agency quoted Erdogan as saying.

Russia is open to dialogue on Ukraine without preconditions, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told reporters on Friday.
Also on Friday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Kherson region remains part of the Russian Federation as "its status is legislatively fixed. There are no and cannot be any changes."
Peskov said that it is possible to achieve the goals of the special military operation in Ukraine through peaceful negotiations, but now talks are impossible because of the Kiev's position.

Ukraine has started constructing a wall along its border with Belarus, KyryloTymoshenko, deputy head of the Ukrainian president's office, said Friday.
The works on installing fortifications and assembling barriers along the border are underway in the Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions in northern Ukraine, Tymoshenko wrote on Telegram.

Ukraine has taken control of the southern city of Kherson after Russia transferred all its armed forces to the left (eastern) bank of the Dnieper River on Friday.
"In the Kherson direction today at 5 a.m. Moscow time (0200 GMT), the transfer of units of Russian troops to the left bank of the Dnieper River was completed. Not a single piece of military equipment and weapons were left on the right bank," Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov told a briefing.
There were no losses of personnel, weapons, military equipment and materials during the process, he said.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) did not find any indications of undeclared nuclear materials at the National Science Center "Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology" in eastern Ukraine, Ukrainian authorities said Friday.
The State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine (SNRIU) said in a statement that the IAEA team also found no evidence of undeclared nuclear activities at the facility.
The IAEA inspection, which was carried out jointly with the SNRIU, is not linked to Russia's statements on a "dirty bomb," the statement said.
